The very name of the game seems to have the very objective. Orcs must die and they will. Orcs Must Die! Provides a satisfying variety of deaths due to the game’s supply of traps and weapons. To keep things light, there is also a seemingly unlimited supply of one-liners. The game is known for its great variety and selection of weapons and traps responsible for the different types of deaths. Also, in the game, unlockable difficulty is carried over to previous upgrades. The gameplay is also quite challenging, requiring players to use tactical thinking with different enemy types. There is lots of replayability.

The bad side of the game is in the lack of multiplayer. Well, this probably depends on what the player is looking for. Those who are happy with playing with the game alone will have no problem with this. However, the stages do all look the same in the game. This could be a problem for most players. What is the game all about? Well, there is an army of orcs that wait for the players beyond the barricade. However, the player also has lots of weapons to kill off the orcs. The game is accessible but also enjoyable. Players get to see the many different ways in which orcs can die.
