Resident Evil 6: $1300 Special Edition Revealed
Japanese fans of the Resident Evil series can hook up with a Special Edition of Resident Evil 6 which comes with a replica of the coat of the game’s protagonist, Leon. How much would this awesome treat set a fan back? $1300. That’s quite a wallop to the wallet.
For that much money you can book a flight to Japan on a good day at Priceline. 1300 big ones for a replica coat? Now, that is fan dedication. To be fair, the Special Edition package also includes four case covers for your phone in addition to the game and the awesome replica of Leon’s cool leather jacket. The Special Edition pack is available now on pre-order. The replica leather jacket is available in the following sizes: XL, L, M, and S. There is no mention of a female cut for the jacket. The Phone covers show the following characters-Leon, Chris, and Jake. There is a fourth phone cover but the character for that cover is still labeled “Secret” as of this writing. The Special Edition package is available only to Japanese gamers currently.

To be fair, while more than a few people will raise their eyebrows at the prospect of forking over 1300 global recession era/persistent unemployment era dollars, this Special Edition allows diehard series fans to physically assume the role of the game’s protagonist.
