Max Payne 3: New Trailer Assures Fans that Game is Hot and Ready
Another gameplay trailer for Max Payne 3 is out. The developer and publisher are trying to relay the message that they are serious about releasing the game on the date agreed upon this time around. The game has already gone through a delay.
This new gameplay trailer does make gamers want the game more – right now. There is plenty of action considering that the trailer is pretty short. There is also plenty of Max to go around, especially the current bald one who might not look as brooding but does look like he might be tougher than the older version. We get glimpses of both the old setting, New York and the new setting, Sao Paulo. We also get an idea of Max Payne’s mission. He has been tasked by his employer to search for the latter’s kidnapped trophy wife, who is not really the damsel in distress that you would want to save. She is a basically a party girl taking advantage of her husband’s power and money. Payne, however, takes his missions seriously. Along with the drinking, the job provides him with something to do and something to unleash his rage on.
The game’s demo has reached some chosen people. This means to say that the game is pretty much ready to go and we are waiting eagerly for it. The action is still as exciting as we remember the franchise to be. Of course, the change of setting adds to the thrill because our protagonist is placed in a world where he should not really be in if not for the past events in his life.
Max Payne 3 will be out in the US on may 29, 2012 and in Europe on June 1, 2012. Between now and the release dates given, there should still be more information coming out about the game.
