Mass Effect 3: Sound-Track Is First Class
The Mass Effect team has revealed the composers for Mass Effect 3. The composers are unlike any other. They are not just talented composers who contribute for games but are actually award-winning composers for film.
You will hear from Clint Mansell who offered his music for Requiem for a Dream. The resulting soundtrack was both harrowing and beautiful and somehow makes you want to slit your wrists. Well, I meant it in a good way. The music is just so compelling. Other Darren Aronofsky films he contributed to are Black Swan, Pi and the Black Swan. The music reflects the mood of the films perfectly but can somehow still stand on its own. The talented musician and composer has been able to create worlds within the music. He won’t be the only one contributing to BioWare’s game. Here are the other four talented musicians:
- Christopher Lennertz, who composed Horrible Bosses, Supernatural TV series, Mass Effect – Overlord and Mass Effect 2 – Lair of the Shadow Broker
- Cris Velasco, who composed the God of War series , Mass Effect 2 – Kasumi and Mass Effect 2 – Arrival
- Sam Hulick, who composed Mass Effect, Mass Effect – Bring Down the Sky and Mass Effect 2
- Sasha Dikicyan, who composed TRON – Evolution and Mass Effect 2 – Kasumi and Mass Effect 2 – Arrival scores

As is evident in the list of talented musicians involved, Mass Effect 3 may well win the best soundtrack award in video games or even the Academy Award for music in video games if such a thing exists.
