Gears of War 3: Freezing Glitch Fixed
It is just plain awful to find out that the game you have been waiting for a long time to play has some annoying glitches. Gears of War 3 has had freezing issues, according to several reports. It is good to know, however, that Epic is attentive to the needs of its players. A Title Update 2 has apparently solved the problem. Epic forums have actually featured posts that report on the title update actually solving the freezing issues. This is a relief and a joy for players all around. Without the patch, the game may continue to freeze for brief periods. The game may even crash, as is the case with some of the more serious reports.
To complete customer support, Epic has assigned Rod Fergusson, who is Director of Production, to answer questions from the gaming community. He will answer the questions through live stream through the Epic website. So have you applied the update yet?

You may also want to take your question to the forums. You may end up finding another player with the exact same problem. Maybe that other person has solved that same problem, however, and may be ready to assist you. It is a good thing that Epic made a patch to solve the issue but it sure would be nice if there weren’t a problem in the first place.
