WWE ’13: No Important Details Will be Missing from The Title
Cory Ledesma has already gone back on his promise not to tweet anything about WWE ’13 by replying to a fan question on Twitter. Twitter user Glenn Sorlie (@glennsoe) asked Ledesma whether with the PS3 version getting 64 layers, anything had been removed.
Credit to Ledesma he answered pretty quickly. His two words “nothing gone” should help to reassure fans who were worried that something would have to give. But how have THQ managed such a feat. Obviously nothing is known yet but it does seem like there must be some sort of black magic going on. Certainly it would be possible to keep all the features if certain elements were streamlined. But what does this say for features added? The danger, as ever with yearly releases, is that the franchise will suffer from fatigue because there has not been enough new features offered to justify a whole new release. Nobody is going to be happy about shelling out 60 bucks for a game that is basically the same as the 60 dollar game they bought last year. This is the criticism that often follows a Madden NFL release.
