Assassin’s Creed 3: Starring Desmond More than Ever Before

According to Ubisoft, players will have the privilege of playing as Desmond a lot more in Assassin’s Creed 3 than in any other previous iteration of the game. This means that the player will clearly be hanging around a lot more in the present day, than has previously been the case.

In an interview with CVG, lead writer Matt Turner revealed this to be the case. However the writer did not want to spoil any details for fans eagerly awaiting Assassin’s Creed 3. Turner did say that the present storyline is a major part of the over-arching plot arc. This may come as a bit of a disappointment for fans, some of whom have said for years how weak and insipid they find the character of Desmond. However as fans have not had too much opportunity to really explore what this character has to offer the doubters may in fact be pleasantly surprised. It is just one of those cases that only time will tell.

Typo in the title.  Should be “Starring.”  Unless of course you mean that Desmond is increasing his intense unblinking examination of external visual stimuli.
