Rock Band 3: Rocking With 2112 Before 2012

In December 31th, 2011, Rock Band will be welcoming Rush’s 2112 to the Wii and Xbox 360 music store. The PS3 will be getting the legendary anthem on January 3rd, 2012. It will be experiencing a delay only because the PlayStation Network (PSN) does not update during the holidays. You can buy the 20-minute suite in its full length or in three separate tracks.

If you buy Rush’s 2112 as a whole, you will be paying 440 MSP, 550 WP or $5.49.

Here are the separate tracks and their respective prices:

“2112: Overture, The Temple of Syrinx”  for 160 MSP, 200 WP  or $1.99
“2112: Discovery, Presentation” for 160 MSP , 200 WP or $1.99
“2112: Oracle: The Dream, Soliloquy, Grand Finale”  for 160 MSP, 200 WP  or $1.99

A Pro Guitar/Bass expansion is also available at 80 MSP, 100 WP or $0.99.

So what do you think? It seems that you will be saving a little if you buy the bundle. If you are going to buy the three separate tracks anyway then you should go for the bundle. However, if in the case you just want one or a couple, you could go with the separate tracks. This is somehow unlikely, though. You could just go for the discounted bundle if I were you.

Credit: Electronic ArtsIt seems that you will end up having a blast even if the holidays are almost over. This is because you just might have a little bit of added fun during New Year’s Eve. However, you might have to squeeze in among a crowd if you are going to be buying the tracks that day.
