Trailer Shows Raiden Costume
For quite some time now, Metal Gear and Assassin’s Creed have been showing proofs of their cross-promotional relationship. The characters from one video game are spotted on the other. It won’t really surprise you to hear that the Metal Gear character Raiden’s costume enters the world of the Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood. This is not really the first cross over since Altair and Leap of Faith were featured in Metal Gear Solid 4 and MGS. To confirm the presence of the Raiden skin in the non-Metal Gear video game, Ubisoft released a trailer featuring Raiden’s costume in the Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood game.
The trailer reveals how Raiden’s costume would appear in the game. The video teases the audience by revealing only a little information about Raiden’s new appearance. The trailer also shows how the players can access the Raiden skin.
Raiden, however, won’t be featured in the single-player campaign. You have to unlock him instead. The trailer revealing the Raiden skin also reveals information on how to unlock the costume. The unlocking is done by finishing every challenge in Brotherhood’s VR Training mode. Raiden’s costume is actually the last unlockable reward in the Animus’ training mode.
This is not really the first time that an MGS element appears in a non-Metal Gear game. In Castlevania: Lord of Shadows, for instance, you can actually unlock a solid snake costume.
Anyways, don’t you think its exciting to get the chance to play with Metal Gear’s Raiden?
