Don’t believe me? Go to youtube and load some Skyrim videos and trawl through the comments-you’re bound to come across one or two thousand “arrow in the knee” joke comments.
That’s how fast the Internet moves. In the realm of tangible items, you only need to look at the time it took between the release of Assassin’s Creed 3′s long awaited cinematic trailer and the release of a fan-made tomahawk replica. As can be seen in the trailer of the upcoming installment to the long-running historical assassination action adventure series, the new protagonist Connor can definitely swing a mean tomahawk. In fact, he wield the deadly axe weapon with exactly the same finese his predecessor Assassins Ezio and Altair did with their historical periods’ blades.

The trailers’ impressive combat footage along with previous game art most likely moved DeviantArt member Fevereon so much he made a replica tomahawk based on the information released so far of Assassin’s Creed 3‘s protagonist. According to Fevereon, the tomahawk is made from glass beads, feathers, wood, leather, and MDF. Nice replica. No need to demonstrate Connor’s moves in real life though-let’s leave that all in-game.
