Soul Sacrifice: This New PS Vita Action Title Seeks to Shake Your Soul
There is a new game for the recently launched PS Vita being announced in Japan’s popular gaming magazine, Famitsu. Just based on hype, the game sounds very awesome. Except for one detail: there are very few details.
The new PS Vita action title just promises that it will “shake your soul.” Quite a thin message considering that the ad took up a whole page on Famitsu. Given the very little details, you would think that this type of message would normally be made in a game preview. But here it-a large page ad. This is definitely quite a puzzling announcement. The ad does mention ‘SCEI’ which hints that this upcoming title will be a first-party development.

Another hint regarding the setting of the upcoming game seems to point to a fantasy setting since there are three characters shown facing off against a strange beast. This beast has three heads and looks somewhat like a dragon. The ad translation says that the game will be announced later with additional details. The game will be announced at the Tokyo International Forum on May 10. Apparently, more details will be coming this week.
