Persona 4 – The Golden: PS Vita Port Features Moped Battles
The Japanese role playing game Persona 4 has a lot going for it. Developed by Atlus, it allows players to explore the town of Inaba and surrounding countryside as they seek to solve a series of murders in their locale. The gameplay for Persona 4 lets players assume the role of the protagonist (a teenaged boy) and besides the role-playing elements, there are elements of a simulation game as well.
The simulation portion of Persona 4 is quite interesting. The more you spend time with other characters in the game, the more social links you form with them. These links are necessary for you to progress in the game. This is somewhat similar to skill levels in traditional western role-playing games. Whereas in those games, your progress is determined by experience points, in Persona 4, progress is determined by your attributes as well as your interaction with other characters. Originally released on the PS2 in 2008, Persona 4 is now available for the Vita handheld platform. It is not a straightforward port of an existing title into a new platform. It also features new content.

Persona 4 – The Golden will have a new town and new beach locale you can visit. What makes this port also noteworthy is that it will allow you to get a moped license and you can engage in a moped battle. How cool is that? Moped wars. Don’t say mopeds are geeky to someone packing a weapon. That’s definitely not a good idea and might end badly for you.
