Michael Jackson – The Experience: It Will Make You Put On Dancing Shoes
I’ve never been much of a dancer -unless you count the drunken jig I do waiting in line to use the bathroom at a club after I’ve downed seven beers as “dancing”. Even if you have two left feet like myself or have the body rhythm of a one legged turtle, I have a feeling there’s hope for all of us dancing-challenged mortals yet. Why? The upcoming release of Michael Jackon – The Experience kinect-powered dancing game gives me hope.
Instead of embarrassing yourself in public trying to mimic his awesome dance moves, you can move your shame to a more private sphere. It also lets you get better and better at dancing until you can then try out your new found rythm at a club at some later time. Well, at least that’s the hope. Regardless, the game is awesome. Packed with clips from Michael Jackson’s classic moves, this game is a sure hit for solo play and also for parties and friends looking for something to do other than the boring troika of beer pong, quarters, and “paint a body organ on the face of a buddy who fell asleep on the couch after a long night of drunken debauchery.”
Seriously, this game looks awesome and might be a good way to not only practice dance moves and body rhythm but also work out to–dancing burns calories. Besides, no one can’t knock the soundtrack. Michael Jackson wrote the soundtrack of a whole generation.
