PS Vita: AT&T Reveals PS Vita 3G Plans
Finally, AT&T has revealed its price plans for the PlayStation Vita. Now, gamers who are planning to buy will know what plans they will be dealing with. Of course, they are excited to know just what AT&T is planning to offer because Sony had already announced that it would be partnering with said telecommunications company.
For awhile there, was no information on the AT&T plans. Many gamers have actually decided to buy Wifi only versions of the new handheld. Lately, however, there has been some developments. A Gamezone.com representative by the name of Mike Splechta has decided to go to an AT&T store and inquire there. So, there you have it. For something as simple as a visit, we now have information about the AT&T plans for the Vita. There are no special plans actually. The company will just be reusing plans that already exist for iPads and other mobile devices. So you can avail of two plans. You may go for 250MB of data for $ 14.99 a month or for 2GB of data at $35 a month.

This means that if you choose the $25 a month deal then you will be spending $300 a year. That is a lot of money and the use of 3G has not yet even been justified by Sony. So, it seems that people will be turning to the Wifi-only models instead and the 3G models will end up being a waste.
