DayZ: Arma 2 Mod Gets all Spruced up
News screenshots from the devilishly popular Arma 2 mod DayZ have a been released that show just how much the development team have spruced up the interiors for the game. It is also hope that these new, and improved interior environments will help imporve your chances of survival in this perma-death zombie modification.
Creator Dean Hall said, ”In these screenshots the greater range of buildings that now have interiors is displayed, from the large office buildings, to the hospitals, metalwork factories, through to small cottages…Certainly, we think there will be some compelling events occurring the stairwells of the Hospital’s and office buildings!”
Certainly having more interactive interiors will offer new opportunities for enhanced gameplay elements. Steam have reported that the number of Arma 2 sales have sky-rocketed since the release of this mod, and having spent several hours playing it, I can tell you that it is no mystery why.
