Battlefield 3: Replica Gun Store Has an Awesome Ad
Although it looks like a low quality video based on the Battlefield 3 game developed by EA, it is not. It is based on the game but it is actually a commercial for stores selling replica guns. The two -minute-plus live-action commercial, called “Battlefield 5 Operation Viper, featured a lot of men looking a little silly while they run around with guns who are obviously fake and pretend to be soldiers. Sometimes, though , it actually looks like they are on a battlefield.
For all Non-Gamers, who ended up here, after searching for replica guns: Battlefield 3, released in 2011, has realistic lo-looking scenes and weaponry so the commercial is a passable knockoff. The live action and the shiny plastic weapons are dead giveaways, however. For players who plan to play Battlefield 3 in real life, check the video out. Battlefield 3, a direct continuation of events portrayed in Battlefield 2, is an FPS action game which focus on military combat. It makes use of the Frosbite 2 graphics engine which allows smooth action and fighting gameplay. The campaigns can be both be played in single-player and multiplayer options, although gamers have discovered that different version can support a different number of players, from more than 60 in Windows PC to about 24 players in PlayStation and Xbox 360 consoles. This may be because the game’s developers have decided to focus their efforts for the PC version rather than the versions for the consoles.
The title prides itself in having realistic-looking settings, characters, weaponry and vehicles, although recent lawsuits from military vehicle manufacturers gives a new meaning to “suffering for the sake of art.” With many of the game’s characters and settings different from its predecessors, Battlefield 3 holds and appeal all its own has garnered followers throughout the world.
