Minecraft: Trailer for 1.8 Update highlights adventure
Minecraft, the rabidly popular world exploration and building and mining game has a new content update (the 1.8 version) coming soon and there’s a new trailer for it. The video highlights the difference between Minecraft as it currently stands and what the 1.8 update brings to the Minecraft experience. The video starts with the standard Minecraft activities – exploring game worlds, living in the game world, gathering resources, and building homes. At the end of that status quo sequence, the Lego-block looking character puts on a helmet and armor, goes on to wield a sword, and go on an adventure. That’s why it is called an Adventure update, which will allow you to experience a little bit of fantasy adventure elements.
The game also highlights the different terrains and biomes that available in the game. It is a diverse experience to see the world is in a different view where there are nice-looking cloud and sky views. There are also engaging sword plays, desert environments, and so many things going on with the 1.8 update for Minecraft dubbed the “Adventure” update.
The video even has quite an ominous teasing ending where it says, “Just don’t look.” Then there’s the mysterious black Enderman that assaults the players at the end. Nice tease there. Overall, this trailer highlights the big difference between this major 1.8 adventure update and the Minecraft as it currently exists. According to the previous statement of the game’s creator, Notch, they packed so much content to this update that they were tempted to releasing the update in two batches. That’s a lot of content. Based on the trailer, it definitely shows that they are expanding the content base of this title.
