Scribblenauts Remix: One Million People Downloaded Remix
Warner Bros. Interactive has just announced that its published game, Scribblenauts Remix, has reached one million downloads since it was launched last October 2011. To celebrate the milestone, Warner is giving away a free update for Valentine’s Day. You will be rewarded with a playground level with a Valentine’s theme for your 5th Cell puzzler. This will also encourage players to create their very own Valentine’s themed works.
The game is also available for either the iPhone or the iPad at Itunes for 69p. Scribblenauts Remix is an action puzzle game from the brains and hands of 5th Cell and Iron Galaxy Studios. As mentioned earlier, it was published by Warner Bros. Interactive. The game has forty levels that come from the original Scribblenauts and the sequel Super Scribbelanauts. There are ten new levels added to the game for the iOS. The rules of the game are similar to that of Super Scribblenauts. Adjectives may now be used as well as nouns. Scribbelnauts Remix makes use of the iOS’s built-in features. For example, the iOS can make use of the touch keyboard. The remix game was also released together with the iOS version 5. So, it was also able to make use of iCloud storage so that the game can be played on several devices. Game Center integration is also incorporated.
Super Scribblenauts experienced a one dollar price drop. So, it took over the top spot from long-standing favorite – you guess it right – Angry Birds in top sales games for iOS, at least during the November 14, 2011 week. By this month, February 2012, the game has won over a million downloads. It may have been aided by the Valentine theme offered but it sure did well enough on its own. So have you downloaded this puzzler yet?
