Dragon Age 3: BioWare Announce new Games at VGAs?
Spike TV will soon be hosting the 2011 Video Game Awards. The video game industry is already sparkling with excitement. The industry’s top games have already been nominated but new games will also be introduced. Last year, we have seen games such as Forza 4, Insane, Mass Effect 3, Prototype 2, Resistance 3, Skyrim, Uncharted 3 and a whole lot more. We don’t know this year’s line-up yet but you can be assured that you will be seeing BioWare’s Alan Wake and Metal Gear Solid – Rising. Would Dragon Age 3′s formal announcement be far behind?
Video game journalist Geoff Keighley actually tweeted, “Also at the VGAs: Alan Wake returns and @Bioware unveils a new game from a new studio.”

So, what could this new game be? We think fans must be excited by the prospect of Dragon Age 3. We definitely will see a new Alan Wake game being introduced. There had been rumors about Alan Wake 2 being under development. However, Remedy said that the new Alan Wake is not a part two and not a DLC for the original. It will come with a different title and should be considered as a standalone title despite the possibility of the name “Alan Wake” being tacked on the title. Word has it that “Night Springs” could be the title of the new game. Of course, we can always wait for the Spike Video Game Awards for more revelations through the official announcement.
Jim Reilly, Game Informer Editor, said that that the new Alan Wake game will be downloadable for Xbox 360.
Again, you can just watch the VGAs on December 10, 2011, a Saturday at 8 pm ET/F pm PT. The nominees for Game of the Year include hot games such as Batman – Arkham City, Portal 2, The Elder Scrolls 5 – Skyrim, The Legend of Zelda – Skyward Sword and Uncharted 3 – Drake’s Deception.
