Resident Evil – Revelations: Story Trailer Shows Parker in Trouble
What do you expect from a video game trailer, especially one that is touted a story trailer? Well, certainly you want to know more about the game. You may even want some questions to be answered. But the Resident Evil – Revelations story trailer is not going to make things easy for you.
Resident Evil game has always had complicated plots that story trailers cannot do them justice even when given five minutes to show a lot of in-game footage. But would you like your Resident Evil title to be any different? Of course, not! We want our Resident Evil just as confusing and elaborate as each of them is. The story trailer does provide a lot of footage to somehow calm the excitement that has been building inside of you. But wait, did I say “calm”? There is no way you can be calm with Parker being in so much trouble. He really cannot be serious about being totally heroic and letting go so that he can fall into the fire. Maybe he will fall forever? Sorry, just an idea. There is also the danger of becoming even more deliciously confused with the invented words that have cast around.
Watching the story trailer is like watching something helplessly as everything falls apart. Well, we are just feeling what the characters may have been feeling as they watch buildings collapse, see Parker falling and hear a booming, scary voice. There is also that helpless anger as the characters are faced with the masked villain. The music highlights the emotions in this roller-coaster of a story trailer. What will ultimately happen to Parker?
Resident Evil – Revelations will be released in Europe on January 27, in Australia on February 2 and then in the US on February 7. The title is a 3DS exclusive.
