Fighting Gouken in Arcade mode

Want to make Gouken appear so you can fight him in the game’s Arcade mode? Simple. Fight in Arcade mode and not lose a single round. You must also use five super or ultra combo finishes. Once you do this and score perfect scores on two rounds and get ten first hits, Gouken will appear. Right after you fight Seth.

How to fight Akuma

Complete Arcade mode without continuing and score one perfect. Akuma will then appear after you beat Seath. If you beat Akuma, you will get the title Akuma Killer.

How to Fight Second Rival

You can only do this if you are playing any of the following characters: Ryu, Cammy, Chun-li, Seth, C.Viper, or Guile. Hold down the R button when the message “Now! Fight your Rival!” appears on the screen to make the Second Rival appear.
