After the prologue, you will proceed with your first mission. Start with the XM25. Switch weapons so that you can make use of this automatic grenade launcher. Stick to this weapon during your trophy quest.
You can find more ammo from ammo crates that you will find along the way after passing the Jewelry Store or right after entering the Stock Exchange.
As you are climbing to reach the top of the Stock Exchange, you will meet with several enemies. They will rush out of the front entrance. You will have enough enemies to kill to unlock the achievement.
