The Legend of Zelda – Skyward Sword: Empty Bottles Locations
In the world of Skyward Sword, empty bottles have an important role. You can use them to store potion, quest items and even many other things such as a Pink Fairy. They do take up space in your Adventure Pouch – space that could be used to store other things. Here is how you can find all of the empty bottles available in the game:
Empty Bottle 1
You can find this by going to the Skyloft Bazaar after Zelda has been taken away. Talk to the potion shop lady there.
Empty Bottle 2
You can find the bottle in the Sealed Grounds, kept in an old woman’s chest. The bottle contains a Revitalizing Potion.
Empty Bottle 3
You can obtain the bottle in the Missing Sister Side Quest. You have to save a man’s sister by healing her Loftwing on an island found between Fun Fun Island and Skyloft. This is how you can receive the empty bottle. Note that the island appears green on the map and is small, flat and round in reality.

Empty Bottle 4
While in the Fire Sanctuary, go back to the first room you came to after you find the Mogma Mitts. This is the room with the lava hands. You can use the Mitts to find an area with a water plant. You can use this plant to kill the Magmanos so that you can access an area below that leads to a platform where you can find a chest.
Empty Bottle 5
You can find this in the Goddess Cube chest, which can be found in Thunderhead’s Western Segment. To get to the chest, you have to go through a hole on the island to be able to reach a barred room. There you can climb a set of vines to get hold of the chest. The Goddess Cube can be found in the cave that leads to the Fire Sanctuary. The latter is a room that leads to the Fire Dragon. It can be reached when you are on a floating platform that will show up when you are on a quest to reach the Fire Dragon.
