How do you find the secret weapon windshear in the world of The Elder Scrolls 5 – Skyrim? You can find this on the ship called Katariah while you are going through the Hail Sithis quest, which is a Dark Brotherhood mission. Note that you can only access the ship while you are going through the quest or after you have finished the quest.

Go to the ship’s main deck. Go to the front by the bow by following a flight of stairs. You will find a long beam made of wood sticking out of the bow. Go up that beam and you will find the windshear stuck into the wood.
