Silent Hill – Downpour: How to Solve the Mirror, Mirror Side Quest
This side quest carries with it a deadly risk. Therefore it is a good idea to go into the Mirror, Mirror side quest with a good idea of what you are going to face. The quest takes place in the Port District in a house on the west side of the drawbridge. To begin the quest you have to walk in to the furnished living room inside the home. This quest is a puzzle quest, so you will be asked to solve a series of challenges.
Inside the living room there are five objects that you can move around. if you look in the mirror you will notice that the reflection does not match the way that the objects are place in the room. Therefore your objective is to place the objects so that “reality” matches its’ reflection. However, as with all Silent Hill – Downpour side quests, there is a catch. Every time you move an object the room will reset. Solving the full puzzle will require you to repeat the move-object-reset process five times. However beware. If you take too long you will be attack by an invisible demon. When you have completed the quest the mirror will shatter revealing some bonus items.
Complete these actions in this order to complete the Mirror, Mirror side quest in Silent Hill – Downpour
- Switch on the lamp.
- Open the drawer.
- Turn on the TV.
- Straighten the painting.
- Light the candle.
And it really is as simple as that.
