Kingdoms of Amalur – Reckoning: Increase Your Backpack Limit

While exploring the Kingdoms of Amalur as an adventurer, you may have trouble with your inventory limit of 70 items. You can’t just think about picking up items. You also have to sell them or do all sorts of other stuff to make sure that you don’t go over your limit. There is a way for you to increase your backpack limit, however. You can get hold of some backpack upgrades each time you go to a major settlement. Traders may be able to provide you these upgrades.

Note though that traders’ inventories can get randomized. So, you may have to leave and then return to see if the inventory has changed.
Here are some backpack upgrade locations that can help you get to places where you can upgrade your backpack limit. Each backpack upgrade increases the inventory by 10. An upgrade is initially priced at 7,000 Gold or thereabouts. The price goes up after every upgrade.

You can find a backpack upgrade at Gorhart, Odarst. Go to The Corner Shop and trade with Rikka Egest.
You can find a backpack upgrade in Rathir, Tywili Coast or Upper City. Go to the Scholia Arcana Main Hall and trade with Wil Donell.
You can find a backpack upgrade in Ysa, The Sidhe. Go to Asker’s Alley and trade with Riona Helt.
You can find a backpack upgrade in Domus Politica, Adessa and trade with Senecer Macit.
You can find a backpack upgrade at Mel Senshir.
