Batman – Arkham City: Track Freeze’s location with the coldest point in Arkham City
The first step in accomplishing this objective is to turn on your Climate Analyzer. Use it to locate Mr. Freeze. This device will lead you to the GCPD building. Use the REC on the generator. This will open the metal door enough for you to slide under. There will be a Riddler Trophy (#24) that you will be able to retrieve downstairs. Grab the radio that is located here and hack into Penguin’s radio frequency. This will allow you to enter the door to the GCPD building proper. You can go in the building to the left of the room using the grate. There will be nothing useful there at the moment.

When you go up the catwalks, there will be riddle trophy located there. While there will be another trophy located in the second cell, you will have to get the municipal codes first. There is also a vent you can use to get stealth access to the next location. The enemies located here have heartbeat monitors. If you take one out, the rest will be ready for you. The last goon you encounter will surrender. Go up to him and press Y (triangle) to interrogate this person.
