Mario Kart 7: Turbo Boost After Ramp Jump

Lets face it. Although Mario Kart 7 is really fun in single player, the game really comes it’s own when you are playing against your friend. But this makes it more important that you win. Winning will be a lot easier if you know the special little tricks that Nintendo have built into the game. Below you will find one such trick.

In Mario Kart 7, you can get a turbo boost after a ramp jump. When you are about to jump off a ramp press the R button when you are already at the edge of the ramp. This should give you a turbo boost. Do this right and your character will even perform a midair trick. You will also get increased speed for a limited time.
