Mario Kart 7: Turbo Boost After Lakitu Retrieval

Lets face it. Although Mario Kart 7 is really fun in single player, the game really comes it’s own when you are playing against your friend. But this makes it more important that you win. Winning will be a lot easier if you know the special little tricks that Nintendo have built into the game. Below you will find one such trick.

If you end up falling off the truck or getting somewhere for more than a couple of moments, Lakitu will help you get back on track. When he picks you up, wait for Lakitu to drop you then you press the acceleration at the very moment you are dropped onto the track. Then press on either the Y or the A button. If you get the timing right, you will get a Turbo Boost for a short period of time.
