Mario Kart 7: Misc Unlockables

In Mario Kart 7, there are some miscellaneous unlockables. Here they are and the techniques used to unlock them:

Mirror Mode: Go through every Cup in 150cc and place first or Gold on all of them

New title screen: Watch the true ending.

True Ending: Place first in all cups in all cart classes.
