Resident Evil - Revelations (3DS)

Resident Evil – Revelations, or Biohazard – Revelations as it is known in Japan, is an upcoming survival horror video game developed by Capcom for the Nintendo 3DS. The Game will be the successful Resident Evil franchise’s eighth installment. The game is to be released on January 26, 2012 in Japan, on January 27, 2012 in Europe and February 2, 2012 in Australia and February 7, 2012 in North America. The game will be supporting the Circle Pad Expansion accessory. Revelations will be using some of the elements found in earlier installments. Puzzle solving, exploration and limited ammunition may be considered standard in the older installments and will be returning to this one. In Revelations, the player can move the protagonist while also aiming a weapon. There is also an option to switch between first person and third person perspectives. The player can also make use of a supply scanner, which is a new device that can detect hidden items in the title’s environments. The game’s plot is caught between Resident Evil 4and Resident Evil 5. It is set in 2005. It shows the events after the Bioterrorism Security Assessment Alliance (BSAA) was established. The BSAA was introduced in the fifth installment. BSAA co-founders Jill Valentine and Chris Redfield are the main protagonists of the title.
